Andrew Tucker

ND-ECI has a partnership with The Nature Conservancy's Great Lakes Project and two of their staff members are housed at the ND-ECI office.

Andrew Tucker is an Aquatic Invasive Species Applied Scientist with The Nature Conservancy. Andrew earned a BS in Environmental Science from Messiah College and a PhD from Miami University where he assessed the role of abiotic factors in controlling warmwater fish invasion in Lake Tahoe. His research interests include the ecology of ultraviolet radiation, invasion ecology, and ecotoxicology.

In his current role Andrew will provide technical and scientific support to answer current operational conservation questions and to inform management actions as part of TNC’s Great Lakes Project.
